Returns!  

If you are not 100% fully and completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a prompt replacement, or a refund of  your purchase price your choice. 

                        

 

Please do not implement returns with out an authorization number. An authorization form must accompany you return, as well. Find the form here.

Please note: for auction purchases, if you choose to leave us negative feedback before attempting to resolve a problem, we reserve the right to accept that as final resolution to the matter and may not accept a return or issue credits.  Reputation for buyer and seller is important and we want you to be satisfied!

Step 1.   Be sure your item qualifies for return.  Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase or auction ending date.  Items must be in new and original condition, show no signs of wear or use. Our inspectors are highly qualified, and very thorough! To pass inspection, all items must be in perfect condition, and have the original tags attached, for apparel items, or footwear the boxes must be in original condition. Do not write on your item box or deface it in any way. All original brand, size and material labels must also be intact.  All claims must be filed within 30 business days from purchase of merchandise. Khollenterprise, reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.  All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we do ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping their merchandise. Customers should include a brief note explaining the reason for the return as well as the correct option for either a replacement or refund. All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped. There are a few exceptions, due to sanitary reasons, a few electronics, and software restrictions.    We have a few exceptions to this return policy -

Please note: To prevent transmission of disease and to address the health concerns of our customers, we do not accept returns on body jewelry. We cannot accept in return any panty or stocking items due to the regulations of our state regarding sanitary laws.  Closeouts and Promotional merchandise is not accepted for return. Lingerie and intimate apparel cannot be returned as it is against the sanitary laws of our state.

Step 2.    Print this form and fill it out completely and place it inside your package with a copy of your original invoice to insure credit is issued correctly.  If you are unable to print this form you must be sure you copy it down exactly on another sheet of paper and include all information requested.  Please print clearly!

Step 3.    Package your item properly. Please take care in packaging your item as we took in shipping it to you.  Do not tape your original item box and place a priority mail sticker on the outside of the box - this is not how we shipped it to you.  Wrap or double box any perishable item, breakable items, or footwear. All apparel items should be shipped with either a bubble mailer or box to insure against damage.  We have good inspectors and we reserve the right to refuse any package that is not returned with the proper packaging. 

Step 4.     Ship it to us.  Shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable for any reason.  We highly suggest using signature required delivery and insurance to protect yourself against lost or mis-directed packages.  We cannot be held liable for items that are lost, stolen or mis-directed by the courier during shipment.  By shipping your item to us you agree that your item is fully returnable per our terms below, and are not mis-representing the item in any way.

Step 5.     We receive the package and issue you a merchandise credit coupon, less 15% restocking fees and send it to you in the mail for future purchase.  As we are usually running numerous amounts of online auctions per week, we are confident you can find something to your liking within 1 year from date of credit issue.  All credit certificates will be provided in physical format and can be used on any online auction or our online store directly.  Coupons are valid for one year and must be mailed in for use.  We do require, to receive back, the original credit certificate, so please be responsible and do not loose your credit coupon.  We will send it to you with tracking so that delivery of it can be provided if necessary but replacements will not be issued.  If your new purchase is less than your credit certificate, the balance will be issued on another credit certificate and sent with your purchase so you are sure to get full use of your credit on file.

Please note:  All returns must include the return authorization form and authorization number, and any requested contact information in full to assign the credit.   Customers will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees. If I have a dissatisfied customer due to our error, then "Shame On Us." I will be happy to correct the error, at no cost to you.  Closeouts and Promotional merchandise is not accepted for return. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. Merchandise credits are issued and mailed upon return of the items, less restocking fees. Exchanges must pay return shipping fees and processing fee upon return.

Please contact me for your return authorization number. “Please see details on each auction", these options are subject to change depending on the item.  Absolutely no returns without prior verbal authorization. For any shipment sent back to khollenterprise for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. This decision is determined by khollenterprise on an individual basis. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the customers expense.

Important Restrictions in regards to your return:

All returns must include the return authorization form,    and authorization number, and any requested contact information in full, to assign the credit.   Items shipped without this information will be held for 10 business days and then become the property of Khollenterprise.

2.  Khollenterprise does not reimburse shipping charges.

3. Khollenterprise will be responsible for issue and delivery of all credits and may decline to issue credit for any reason violated herein.

4. Customer assumes responsibility for returning items not within the terms of this return policy, not represented correctly, used or showing signs of wear etc. 

5. Due to the nature of our policy, we will not be responsible for returning any merchandise, that is returned falsely or outside of our return policy. And items will become legal property of Khollenterprise and then donated to charity or disposed of.

6. All terms are subject to change without prior notice.

Apparel Item Returns ----------------------------------------------------------- All merchandise is guaranteed to be free of manufacturers defects, unless otherwise stated, (i.e., irregulars, defectives, etc.). Damage due to excessive wear, improper care, or prolonged display will not be considered for credit. Returns are for merchandise credit only. The only exception and justification for return of merchandise is: 1.) Defective merchandise. 2.) Substitution of styles or colors by manufacturer error. 3.) Delivery of merchandise after confirmed cancellation date without buyers extension. - Absolutely no returns without prior verbal authorization. For any shipment sent back to khollenterprise for no reason other than a packing error, defective goods or otherwise, there will be a 15% restocking fee imposed. This decision is determined by khollenterprise on an individual basis.Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be shipped back at customers expense. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
